Spring initially provided learning solutions for professional service organisations in law and accountancy; now well into its second decade of business Spring has consolidated work across a broader range of sectors. Our experience has grown to encompass the worlds of premium consumer brands, IT provision, real estate, banking as well as education, government agencies, the NHS and a variety of other areas.
Spring has a successful formula of teamwork with full time and associate colleagues providing collaborative thinking, knowledge and experience to build and deliver solutions for our clients. We have offices in Gloucestershire and Somerset. Our work is principally throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, plus some of our programmes being run in many other parts of the business english speaking world across the globe.

Partner profile:
Neil Thomson
After graduating, Neil Thomson started a career in manufacturing that steadily increased in managerial responsibility. He then headed up a retail organisation with national coverage. He believes that these early challenges of managing large groups of people provided invaluable experience that he has been able to draw upon for later roles.
Neil was the retail promotion and advertising manager for Clarks shoes. After gaining Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development accreditation he was then for 10 years the learning and development manager of this leading global brand of footwear and Rohan performance clothing. The role involved not only leading the training team but also a significant involvement in corporate transformation and restructuring. Neil was also the training manager for the organisation that became BNP Paribas Real Estate.
After the launch of Spring, Neil initially started running the first programmes for professional services organisations in 2000.

Duncan Battishill
Duncan Battishill, has specialised for 15 years in working with small and medium sized organisations. His reputation for developing high performing teams and re-aligning people to with their business strategy has resulted in retaining a number of longer-term consulting contracts. Duncan has designed and facilitated strategically aligned leadership and client relationship programmes across a number of market sectors including accounting, consulting and professional services, medical, retail, telecoms, manufacturing, engineering and hi-tech sectors. Duncan has a passion for facilitating change from within groups and individuals in commercial, business development and client facing teams. He has delivered over 1,800 business development, leadership and coaching skills programmes across the UK, Europe & USA in the past 10 years.
